Pinnacle’s RGF Series Vertical tanks are fabricated to API 12F specifications.
Model RGF10
- Vertical round tank with a flat floor
- Capacity – 1000 bbls, 42,000 gallons
- 15.5′ diameter X 30′ tall
- 1/4″ floor and roof, 3/16″ shell
- 24” X 36” square manway
- Internal center gun barrel separation system as shown
- 1”/12” pitched roof
- Manufactured to API 12F specifications
- Standard API 12F nozzles
- Jayco, 8 oz thief hatch (other options available)
- 100%, AWS – CWI, Visual Weld Inspection
- Air Tested to 2.2 psi
- Hydro test option available
- External blast, SSPC-SP6, commercial blast, 1.5-2.5 mils
- Exterior coating, Carbothane 8845 4-6 mils
Option – Internal blast, SSPC-SPC10, White Metal Blast, 2.5-3.5mils
Option – Internal Coating, Phenoline 310, 20-25 mils (other options available)
Option – 100% High Voltage Holiday Test on Internal Coatings
